All of our employees pass a pre-employment drug test and ongoing random drug tests after hire.  We also require equipment operators to attend a safety program and complete the required training for ISNET and Avetta program. We hold monthly safety  meetings in which we cover a new safety topic each month.

Allfirst also conducts comprehensive site inspections with providing detail reports to Project Management Personnel.  

It is Allfirst policy to require Safe Operations and Safe Work Practices from management of what could be hazardous work environment.  Vigilance for our Safety is necessary for all in order to eliminate accidents resulting in personal injury, occupational illness, environmental concerns and damage to property.
